Chia Shake is a complete meal replacement from superfoods. Chia Shake contains necessary Protein, Carbohydrates, Fats, Vitamins and Minerals. We use high quality ingredients – Chia Seeds, Rice mash and Whey Protein/Rice and Almond protein.

Yes, pregnant and breastfeeding women can consume Chia Shake, it does not contain any harmful ingredients.

Mix 1 – 2 scoops with 0.25 – 0.4l milk / water. Chia Shake is much more tasty if you prepare it in milk / vegetable milk.

You can take Chia Shake for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snack. It is a complete meal.

If you make Chia Shake with milk, you will get a milky sweet drink + chocolate, banana or strawberry flavour. If you mix it with water, Chia Shake is fresher and less sweet.

Yes, Chia Shake will satiate you for up to 5 hours, because it contains Chia seeds that increase in volume when mixed with liquid.

Chia Shake is a complete meal replacement, so you can safely consume it a whole day. We recommend to replace 2-3 meals with Chia Shake in the beginning, so your body gets used to it. You can replace all your meals with Chia Shake products.

I give this mash to my children for breakfast - 2 scoops per 4 dcl of milk, heat in microwave and the have a quick and healthy mash. My kids love it.
