Chia Muffin – sweet protein dessert. Mix with milk, cook for 2 mins in the microwave and enjoy our delicious Chia Muffin. This protein dessert will satisfy your hunger with no worries.

Preparation: Mix 1 scoop (35 g) with 75 ml of semi-skimmed milk in the cup. Put for 2 mins into the microwave.

    Super muffin – done in microwave within two minutes and pretty solid. Just beware of the size of a cup, the muffin got outside of a cup a little bit for the first time (I had normal-size cup) but otherwise awesome

I appreciate fast delivery. I was little worried about the taste, but ChiaShake tastes great, fill me up for a long time and I'm sure to try out other flavors. For me, I can definitely recommend!

I give this mash to my children for breakfast - 2 scoops per 4 dcl of milk, heat in microwave and the have a quick and healthy mash. My kids love it.
