Chia Pudding – delicious and fresh pudding with high protein content. Suitable for reduction diets or after a workout as a protein supply. Flavours: Mango, Piňa Colad, and Forest berries.

Preparation: Mix 1 scoop (30g) with 100 ml of cold water and put into fridge for two hours.

I appreciate fast delivery. I was little worried about the taste, but ChiaShake tastes great, fill me up for a long time and I'm sure to try out other flavors. For me, I can definitely recommend!

I give this mash to my children for breakfast - 2 scoops per 4 dcl of milk, heat in microwave and the have a quick and healthy mash. My kids love it.
