I'm a kinda big eater, but in this case only the glass of shake fill me for a couple of hours.

I appreciate fast delivery. I was little worried about the taste, but ChiaShake tastes great, fill me up for a long time and I'm sure to try out other flavors. For me, I can definitely recommend!

I give this mash to my children for breakfast - 2 scoops per 4 dcl of milk, heat in microwave and the have a quick and healthy mash. My kids love it.
